Just like the review before me, I spent $200 on refills. The order was placed on April 11 and supposedly shipped on the 15. It’s now been almost a month and I have not received my package. Called the shipping carrier and they said it wasn’t even a valid tracking number. I have been trying to get ahold of Blu customer service for over 3 weeks. Both times I was actually able to speak to someone they told me a refund can’t be issued unless they are sent back the product. Now how am I supposed to send the product back if I never received it!? I have been a loyal Blu customer for YEARS, and this is ridiculous. I will absolutely be switching brands. Supposedly a supervisor is going to call me within 48 hours but I am not holding my breath. Way to steal from loyal customers who have been with you from the start.

I am VERY upset with the blu company right now. Several days ago, I placed an order for replacement pods for my blu vaping device. All other orders I have made with blu have been promptly shipped. This time, several days have gone by and my order STILL hasn't shipped. I called customer service and was told that because of the new laws there would be 'delays in shipping'. She said that they had NO IDEA when they will start shipping again... so it could be days, weeks, months.. who knows? Customer service said they were trying to 'work out' how they were going to ship now. Well, they have known this was coming for a LONG TIME... they should have already had a plan. The worst thing, is that when I ordered my pods, there was NO WARNING that shipping would be halted. If there had been a warning, I would NOT have ordered. This is sneaky and I DO NOT appreciate it!!

Just so you know don't purchase online from this company!

Just so you know, I did indeed lodge a formal complaint. Now on to my review...My mother placed an order this morning. When she hit place order within 20 seconds she had an email confirming her order, it was then that she realized she ordered the wrong MG. No big deal right? Just call the company and change the order...unless that company is Blu. That company does not change orders or cancel orders EVER. It is not a service they offer. I even called thinking maybe she misheard the customer service person. Nope, they refuse to change the $210.00 order to the correct MG. Now anyone who has purchased from this company KNOWS it is gonna take at least a month to receive said order, so really it is just a shady, scummy, company and all buyers beware. Spend your money with a reputable company that values their customers!

I ordered..

I ordered... its been 2 months nothing .. customer service is a fat joke and they never answer the phone .. They take the money and never send products.. Buyers Beware!

I placed an order on May 3rd

I placed an order on May 3rd. It is now June 11. No shipment has been received. Every time I call customer service no one knows nothing. There’s no communication or tracking with the shipping vendor. What company does that to their customers! This website is a total fraud and scam. The customer service people answers are always scripted. Do not respond with the sorry scripted message below-you owe your customers more than that. This sounds like a lawsuit in the making

Ordered in April and again in May

Ordered in April, was given the same email as all other recent posters. "oops...." Re-ordered in May, still no order received. Message at phone# provided says 'contact delivery provider' but no tracking number for USPS delivery is ever provided. Stayed on phone waiting for a live representative for much longer than I should have. Product has been in decline for a year, now delivery and credit back credit card re-adjustments also a fail.

Blu vape pods not lasting as long

I've been using blu vape pods for several years. Recently, they have not been lasting as long as they normally do. I vape at regular intervals, so I am sure it is not just me vaping more often.

Can't get through to customer service

Can't get through to customer service, can't place an order on their website as it wants me to verify my age (been ordering from their website with no problem until recently) and the page just sits spinning (waited up to an hour with nothing happening), pods aren't lasting as long nor is the vaping device (2 have died in a month's time). Over it!!! I email, I call - I'm moving on.

this is a corrupt company

this is a corrupt company. They debited my account twice then sent two items which i did not order. One was returned and the have it. Now they keep making excuses and wont refund me saying they are checking stil. it has been two months

poor clearomiser quality and Burning of my upper lip .

Has anyone else using the BLU pro system experienced a burning to your mouth especially to the inner side of the top lip ? i have and its painfull .so its back to roll ups and tobacco i have to say this is a recent thing as i have been using blu for 3-4 years now and up until 5 months ago not had any real problems but the quality of the Clearomisers has slipped considerably .

Not very trustworthy

I made an order with blu and cancelled it again. blu took the money and sent the goods anyway.
I sent back the parcel, they received it and now it takes and takes until they want to give my money back.
Very bad company, they take your money immediately but when it comes to refund it, it takes about 30 days....unbelievable

Worst Customer Service - Con Artists

Horrible company to deal with, no one takes any ownership of issues at all, was using Vape pen and it started getting very hot and they told me to send it back, that was in May and I still not received a replacement pen or even an apology. Worst customer service experience ever - I contacted about 12 people in last 2 months to deal with it but now just gave up and gone with another company with better customer service and quality product.
Don't bother with BLU they are just con artists.

blu.com is absolutely legit. I have purchased from them about 5 years ago. I just bought several items from them again. They have much better prices than J**L and they have good products. That's why I reviewed them.
